1. How do you offer such discount hotel rates ?

Our special room rates have been negotiated directly with hotel chains around Vienna. We try to provide with the competitive price and comfortable stay anywhere in the city.

2. How do I make a reservation for hotel ?

There are few ways to make reservation. Easiest way is to use the 'availability form' at the top of our homepage; Another way is to browse in specific Vienna district or see hotels sorted by their rating(stars) - from there you can see all hotels listed and also can check each hotel details or use 'availability form' to search for available hotels. If you like you can also use our search menu at the top left where you can write a 'phrase' to look for. Please, note that you also have to enter valid e-mail address when you make the reservation.

3. Why do I need to enter my credit card details ?

In order to 'secure' a room for your arrival we need your credit card details. It is a standart procedure for booking with most hotels in Vienna. Please, note that in most cases your card will not be charged until your arrive at hotel.

4. What credit cards (Visa,MC,Diners,etc) do you accept ?

Each hotel accepts different credit cards. For full details which credit cards are accepted you need to check the hotel 'details' page on our site.

5. Why my credit card is not accepted ?

There are few reasons why a credit card is not accepted - you have entered the credit card details wrong, the hotel doesn't accept the card you have, you dont have enough funds in the card to 'secure' the reservation, your card expires before your arrival date at hotel, system error in the electronic booking system may have occured.

6. Is your price per room or per person ?

In most situations our price is per room. Only in very few hotels the price may be per person - usually with bed & breakfasts or family-run hotels. Please, check each hotel 'details' page to see whether it has special policy about the price.

7. How do i find the location of my hotel ?

On hotel 'details' page we provide you with map of the hotel location. Also note that when you complete the reservation process you will receive by e-mail detailed instructions how to reach the hotel.

8. Does the hotel offer breakfast in the price ?

Most hotels offer breakfast included in their price. In very rare situations it may not be included. For full details please check hotel policy on its page.

9. How can i cancel my hotel reservation ?

After you complete the reservation process you will receive full details how you can cancel your reservation. Please, note that you have to enter a valid e-mail for reservation so that we can send you this information.
