The apartments of ViennApart are just recently opened and are located in a very warm 19th-century building in a very good residential area near Vienna's center. Its location is very good with a tram stop directly in front of the house. There are a lot of things that you can access frome here, especially the different tourist spots around the area. If you want to go to the underground lines, then they are only 5 minutes away. The house, a typical building from the period of promoterism, is very quiet and friendly and is mainly inhabited by Viennese citizens. Just with in the premises you can find the Volksoper (People's opera), the Liechtenstein Museum and Schubert's birthplace. Universities and the general hospital can also be reached easily through the public transport system. Not only that but the cafes and other restaurants are also available with in the area. The apartments can be rented for a short stay or you can also rent them for a whole year.
